Recent news in the life of Ruffian

So someone was not paying very good attention while they surfed my page... *tsk tsk* my Kiriban was completely missed and some poor soul just missed the chance at a free sub. Shucks! Anyways, Kiriban will be redone at 4,000 and at varying intervals thereafter for 1 month subs! I know everyone out there wants one and, yes, clubs can win too!

I have been getting ready for the move to my new job which is why there is not a whole lot by way of updates for photos right now, but thats okay. The edits to my current photos are slowly coming on through, so keep your eyes open. If you like the changes let me know, and if you think its not a good change.... let me know I appreciate all feedback, positive or negative.

Joined about 6 more clubs this last week, but need to have time to sit down and choose submissions. So feel free to check out my club list, I am removing inactive clubs fairly shortly here... So the most of them are currently active, and should be a good place to look for updates to your own club list. However, if you notice a club thats missing please lmk!

So, CONTEST! I am wanting to do a photography contest involving some sort of domesticated pets, maybe dogs? Since lord knows I love my own, and I figure everyone else should... Does someone have a good idea for a theme? I would provide a sub to the winner, and features for everyone else... But it would be a good opportunity for some of my watchers to get to have a chance at a contest as well. I know some of those club contests get overloaded with some pretty fabulous work... If you guys are anything like me you look at that stuff and think *pfft*, I totally have a chance in H-E-Double hockey sticks at winning ANYTHING in DA. There is just too many people with a vision and level of creativity I could not imagine, let alone capture!

By the way, have I mentioned that I love you all recently?


With regards to my work:
Please, if you have time, feel free to give me honest critiques on my work. I need it, and am going to try to put out a few edited versions of some of my works over the next few weeks.... I have learned a couple new things to help sharpen up my images without overworking - it might make the difference between good and great.
